Caleb Hyles and Collaborators: "Abstraction" Music Review
The Amazing Digital Circus
Caleb Hyles and RichaadEB collaborate for a metal cover of “Abstraction,” a 2024 song by Kittensneeze. It was inspired by the hit web show The Amazing Digital Circus.
If you are a fan of the Gooseworx production, you will love this song. It name-drops one of the protagonists, Pomni, showing how Caine uses the circus to “keep them sane.” Different characters have different reactions to what is going on throughout the show, and this song definitely captures its sinister nature.
The song has a rocking feel to it, and it really jams out on the themes of the show. Hyles and Rich do a fantastic job with the vocals. They both play off very well, making it come to life. They have worked together in the past with a lot of success, and I appreciate their teamwork.
It goes without saying that the music is also pretty cool. They do a good job of mixing in some cool sounds and instruments into this homage to one cool show. I thought it was excellent, and as a fan of The Amazing Digital Circus, I was impressed.
